Since we have reduced the overhead associated with a “traditional” real estate practice, we can pass savings on to you. All you have to do is sign a Buyer's Representation Agreement with us and after you close your next Real Estate Purchase, we will give you a Rebate check a few days later. The programs we offer include:

Home Buyer Cash

If you sign our Buyers Representation Agreement and later buy any existing home using a Flat Fee Licensed Agent, we will give you ½% of the Purchase Price. You will receive a check within days of your closing as a thank-you for doing business with us. That is money you can use to pay down a debt or buy whatever you desire.

New Construction Cash

If you sign our Buyers Representation Agreement and later buy a newly constructed home, we will give you up to 1.0% of the Purchase Price of your new construction home back after the closing of the transaction. That means we give you nearly 1/3 of what we earn in commissions simply for using us as your Agent during the construction of your new home. 

Commercial Cash

For commercial transaction, we offer you up to 10% of what we earn in commission as a cooperating Broker or we will discount our retainer fee by 10% if no coop fee is offered by the seller’s Broker. Simply complete our Buyers Representation Agreement and this unique bonus can be the edge you need to seal the deal.
